Funções:

  • Programar, desenvolver e otimizar programas PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) para controlo de máquinas e processos de produção, assegurando a máxima eficiência e fiabilidade.
  • Realizar o diagnóstico e a resolução de avarias em sistemas de automação industrial, incluindo PLC, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), robótica e sistemas de visão.
  • Participar na instalação, comissionamento e testes de novos equipamentos e linhas de produção, garantindo a sua correta integração com os sistemas existentes.
  • Efetuar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos de controlo, com foco na redução de paragens e na melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Desenvolver e implementar melhorias nos sistemas de controlo, propondo soluções inovadoras para otimizar a performance e a segurança das operações.
  • Colaborar ativamente com as equipas de produção e manutenção para identificar necessidades e implementar soluções eficazes de automação.
  • Documentar os programas PLC, esquemas elétricos e procedimentos de manutenção para garantir a rastreabilidade e a facilidade de intervenção.

Requisitos:

  • Formação técnica profissional em Eletrónica, Automação, Eletrotecnia, Mecatrónica ou área similar.
  • Experiência comprovada (mínimo de 3 anos) em programação e manutenção de sistemas PLC (preferencialmente Siemens S7, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Omron ou Mitsubishi).
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de variadores de frequência, servomotores, redes industriais (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) e sistemas SCADA/HMI.
  • Capacidade de interpretação de esquemas elétricos e desenhos técnicos.
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos, caso seja necessário.
  • Conhecimentos de inglês técnico serão valorizados.

Oferta:

  • Horário: fixos de segunda a sexta-feira (escolher um dos 3 disponíveis: 08h00 - 16h30, 16h30 - 01h00 ou 01h00 - 08h00)
  • Valor base: VB 1150,00 € - 1736,83€ (de acordo com a experiência demonstrada)
  • + 50% de acréscimo noturno no período das 20:00 às 08:00.
  • Refeição gratuita fornecida pela empresa na cantina.
  • Transporte gratuito fornecida pela empresa.
  • Formação contínua, para desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e pessoais.
