Funções:

  • Realizar a manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em equipamentos industriais, máquinas e sistemas robotizados, garantindo o seu bom funcionamento e a minimização de paragens de produção.
  • Efetuar a programação, calibração e afinação de robôs industriais (ex: KUKA, ABB, Fanuc), otimizando os seus ciclos de trabalho e garantindo a precisão das operações.
  • Colaborar na implementação de melhorias contínuas nos processos de manutenção e na instalação de novos equipamentos, participando ativamente na fase de comissionamento e testes.
  • Gerir e registar todas as intervenções técnicas realizadas, preenchendo relatórios de manutenção detalhados e assegurando a atualização da documentação técnica dos equipamentos.
  • Prestar apoio técnico às equipas de produção, formando-as na utilização correta dos equipamentos e na identificação de potenciais anomalias, promovendo uma cultura de segurança e eficiência.

Requisitos:

  • Formação técnica profissional ou superior nas áreas de Manutenção Industrial, Eletrónica, Mecatrónica, Automação e Robótica ou similar.
  • Experiência profissional comprovada de, pelo menos, 2 anos em funções de manutenção industrial, preferencialmente em ambientes de produção automatizados e com robótica.
  • Experiência na manutenção de robôs industriais (preferencialmente KUKA, ABB ou Fanuc).
  • Capacidade de interpretação de esquemas elétricos e desenho técnico.
  • Forte sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia, proatividade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa, com foco na resolução de problemas e na melhoria contínua.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em 3 turnos rotstivos.
  • Fluência em Português e conhecimentos de Inglês técnico.
