Haluatko syventää osaamistasi yritysrahoituksessa ja päästä mukaan kehittämään sitä, miten luottopäätöksiä tehdään? Etsimme Credit Risk Analystia CapitalBoxin luottoriskitiimiin.

Tehtävässä pääset tutustumaan erilaisten yritysten talouteen, arvioimaan rahoitushakemuksia ja kehittämään luottoriskien hallintaa yhdessä kansainvälisen tiimimme kanssa. Sinulla on jo perusymmärrys yritysten taloudesta ja rahoituksesta. Meillä pääset rakentamaan sen päälle käytännön osaamista.

Mitä työ sisältää?

Alkuvaiheessa työsi painottuu yritysrahoitushakemusten käsittelyyn ja manuaaliseen luottoarviointiin. Perehdyt yritysten taloustietoihin, arvioit niiden takaisinmaksukykyä ja teet luottopäätöksiä annettujen ohjeiden ja päätösvaltuuksien mukaisesti.

Lisäksi seuraat lainakannan kehitystä, tunnistat huomiota vaativia muutoksia ja osallistut tarvittaviin toimenpiteisiin yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa.

Rooliin kuuluu myös luottoriskeihin liittyviä kehitysprojekteja. Käytännössä tämä voi tarkoittaa esimerkiksi luottoprosessien parantamista, päätöksentekosääntöjen testaamista tai uusien työkalujen käyttöönottoa. Tavoitteena on, että osaamisesi karttuessa pääset ottamaan yhä enemmän vastuuta kehitystyöstä.

Millainen osaaminen auttaa sinua onnistumaan?

  • Sinulla on vähintään alempi korkeakoulututkinto soveltuvalta alalta.
  • Osaat lukea yrityksen tuloslaskelmaa ja tasetta sekä ymmärrät perusteet siitä, mitä ne kertovat yrityksen taloudesta.
  • Sinulla on perustiedot yritysluotonannosta ja luottoriskeistä.
  • Työskentelet huolellisesti ja pystyt noudattamaan annettuja ohjeita johdonmukaisesti.
  • Puhut ja kirjoitat sujuvasti suomea.
  • Englannin taitosi on erittäin hyvä, sillä sekä tiimimme että yrityksemme sisäinen viestintäkieli on englanti.

Sinun ei tarvitse olla valmis luottoriskien asiantuntija. Voit olla työurasi alkupuolella tai hankkinut jo hieman kokemusta esimerkiksi rahoituksesta, luottokäsittelystä tai taloushallinnosta.

Suhtaudut uuden oppimiseen avoimesti. Haluat ymmärtää, miksi asioita tehdään tietyllä tavalla, ja olet valmis tarkistamaan omaa näkemystäsi uuden tiedon perusteella. Osaat toimia yhteisten ohjeiden mukaan ja tuoda samalla perusteltuja parannusehdotuksia keskusteluun.

Tehtävän aloituspalkka on 3 300 euroa. Aiemman kokemuksesi ja osaamisesi perusteella palkka voi myös olla tätä korkeampi.
