CapitalBox söker en Kreditanalytiker (Underwriter) till vårt kreditteam.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kreditprövning, kreditanalys eller en liknande roll och som vill fortsätta utvecklas inom företagsutlåning i en snabbföränderlig fintechmiljö.

I rollen kommer du att bedöma låneansökningar från små och medelstora företag, analysera finansiell och affärsrelaterad information samt bidra till välgrundade kreditbeslut i linje med CapitalBox kreditpolicy och riskaptit.

Du kommer att arbeta nära Sales, Loan Officers och andra delar av organisationen. Mer komplexa kreditärenden hanteras i samarbete med erfarna kollegor, och ditt ansvar utvecklas successivt i takt med din erfarenhet och kompetens.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Genomföra kreditprövningar av låneansökningar från små och medelstora företag.
  • Analysera finansiella rapporter, kassaflöde, skuldsättning och företagets ekonomiska utveckling.
  • Bedöma kundens kreditvärdighet, återbetalningsförmåga, kredithistorik och branschförhållanden.
  • Använda interna kreditmodeller, riktlinjer och beslutsramverk som stöd i kreditbedömningen.
  • Identifiera kreditrisker, avvikelser och tidiga varningssignaler.
  • Utarbeta tydliga kreditrekommendationer med förslag på lånestruktur och kreditvillkor.
  • Samarbeta med Sales och Loan Officers för att inhämta kompletterande information och hitta ansvarsfulla finansieringslösningar.
  • Delta i bedömningen av mer komplexa kreditärenden och successivt ta större ansvar.
  • Följa portföljens utveckling och bidra till identifiering av nya kreditrisker.
  • Bidra till utvecklingen av kreditprocesser, policyer och beslutsramverk.
  • Dokumentera analyser och kreditbeslut på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har minst 2–3 års erfarenhet av kreditprövning, kreditanalys eller en liknande analytisk roll inom bank, finans eller fintech.
  • Har erfarenhet från fintechbranschen, företagsutlåning eller digitala kreditprocesser.
  • Har god förståelse för små och medelstora företags ekonomi, inklusive finansiella rapporter, kassaflöde och skuldsättningskapacitet.
  • Har erfarenhet av att bedöma kreditrisk och återbetalningsförmåga.
  • Har mycket god analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt.
  • Kan fatta välgrundade beslut baserat på både kvantitativ och kvalitativ information.
  • Är noggrann och har förmåga att hantera flera ärenden och prioriteringar samtidigt.
  • Är kommunikativ och kan förklara kreditbedömningar och rekommendationer på ett tydligt sätt.
  • Trivs med att samarbeta i en dynamisk och internationell organisation.
  • Är initiativtagande och motiverad att fortsätta utvecklas inom kreditrisk och underwriting.
  • Har professionella kunskaper i engelska.
  • Har professionella kunskaper i minst ett av följande språk: finska, svenska, danska, nederländska eller litauiska.
  • Erfarenhet av automatiserade kreditmodeller, kreditpolicy, portföljövervakning eller arbete i Salesforce är meriterande.

Lön: 4.200–4.900 euro brutto per månad.
