Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) de Marketing (Foco em Conteúdo, Storytelling e Creator) para apoiar as ações de comunicação e marketing da organização, contribuindo para a criação de conteúdos, fortalecimento da marca e engajamento dos nossos públicos em diferentes canais.

Essa é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver conhecimentos em produção de conteúdo, storytelling, marketing digital, redes sociais, comunicação institucional e estratégias de creator marketing, atuando em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e de aprendizado contínuo.

Procuramos uma pessoa criativa, comunicativa, proativa e organizada, que goste de contar histórias, tenha interesse por educação e desenvolvimento humano, facilidade com comunicação escrita e vontade de aprender e crescer na área de marketing e comunicação.

Responsabilidades

  • Produzir conteúdos para redes sociais, incluindo stories, reels, vídeos curtos, posts e conteúdos institucionais.
  • Participar da construção de pautas, roteiros e estratégias de storytelling.
  • Escrever legendas, textos para campanhas, artigos, comunicados e conteúdos para LinkedIn.
  • Cobrir eventos, encontros e atividades da organização, transformando experiências em conteúdo relevante.
  • Apoiar a criação de campanhas de comunicação e marketing.
  • Realizar entrevistas e captar histórias de estudantes, educadores, parceiros e participantes de projetos.
  • Contribuir com ideias criativas para fortalecer o posicionamento da marca e o engajamento das comunidades.
  • Apoiar atividades operacionais da área, garantindo a execução das ações planejadas.

O que buscamos

Formação e perfil

  • Cursando Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Pedagogia, Sociologia, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.
  • Previsão de conclusão do curso em, no mínimo, 12 meses.
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e interesse por produção de conteúdo.
  • Afinidade com temas relacionados à educação, desenvolvimento humano, inovação e impacto social.
  • Interesse por redes sociais, storytelling e criação de conteúdo digital.
  • Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender na prática.

Competências

  • Domínio da escrita (copywriting afiado) e paixão por contar histórias.
  • Alta afinidade com temas de educação, inovação social e desenvolvimento humano.
  • Facilidade e desenvoltura com o formato de vídeo curto (stories, TikTok)

Diferenciais

  • Noções básicas de ferramentas de edição rápida (como Canva, CapCut).
  • Familiaridade com plataformas como Instagram, LinkedIn e TikTok.
  • Vivência na produção de conteúdo para redes sociais, blogs, podcasts ou canais digitais.
