Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen im Bereich lufttechnischer Lösungen, besetzen wir aktuell eine Position als Gebietsverkaufsleiter (all genders)​, der die technische Kundenbetreuung in der Schweiz übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgebiets Schweiz
  • Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und bauen diese strategisch weiter aus
  • Sie gewinnen neue Kunden im industriellen Umfeld und identifizieren zusätzliche Marktpotenziale
  • Sie beraten Kunden vor Ort technisch und entwickeln gemeinsam passgenaue Lösungen für individuelle Anwendungen
  • Sie übernehmen die Betreuung definierter Key-Account-Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet
  • Sie nehmen an Kundenterminen, Schulungen und Fachmessen teil

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität mit
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sie verstehen technische Anwendungen und können Kundenbedarfe sicher erfassen und lösungsorientiert beraten
  • Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz mit und sind entweder in der Schweiz wohnhaft oder bringen die entsprechende Umzugsbereitschaft mit
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch oder Italienisch, sind von Vorteil

Gehalt

  • 90 000 bis 130 000 CHF im Jahresziel, je nach Erfahrungsschatz (inklusive variablem Vergütungsanteil auf Basis von Unternehmens- und Individualzielen)
