Für unseren Mandanten, einen familiengeführten Hersteller im Bereich industrieller Kennzeichnungstechnik, suchen wir eine:n Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in im Außendienst (all genders) für die Betreuung der Region Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technischer Vertrieb von standardisierten und kundenspezifischen Lösungen im Bereich Etikettierung, Codierung, Verpackungs- und Kennzeichnungssysteme
  • Technische Beratung vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Betreuung und Ausweitung des Netzwerkes an Partnerunternehmen
  • Neukundenakquise im Vertriebsgebiet
  • Analyse individueller Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Strategien
  • Projektbezogene Steuerung interner Abläufe + entsprechendes Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen aus der Entwicklung zur Ausarbeitung technischer Konzepte
  • Ausarbeitung und Präsentation maßgeschneiderter Leistungspakete und Angebote

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich – auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit passenden Erfahrungen sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von beratungsintensiven Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Technische Affinität
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und Offenheit für interdisziplinären Austausch
  • Wohnhaft im Vertriebsgebiet

Salary

  • 70 000 Euro - 90 000 Euro im Jahresziel (inklusive hohem, ungedeckelten variablen Anteil)
