Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Go-to-Market-Strategie für Railway-Infrastruktur
  • Strategische Marktpositionierung und Aufbau von Spezifikationen sowie Listungen bei Bahnunternehmen und Infrastrukturbetreibern
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in bahnnahen Verbänden, Gremien und Institutionen
  • Erschließung neuer Infrastrukturprojekte (Neubau & Modernisierung)
  • Ausbau und Skalierung des globalen Infrastrukturgeschäfts
  • Verhandlung und Gestaltung von Spezifikations- und Rahmenverträgen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Sales-, Produktmanagement- und R&D-Teams
  • Nutzung bestehender regionaler Bahnnetzwerke (DE, FR, ES) zur globalen Integration
  • Strategische Integration des gesamten Produktportfolios (z.B. innovative Anschlusstechnik) in Infrastrukturprojekte

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 6–10+ Jahre) im Railway- oder Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen Aufbau und der Entwicklung neuer Marktsegmente auf globaler Ebene
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im globalen Business Development oder strategischen Vertrieb
  • Branchenerfahrung im Bahn-Infrastruktursegment zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit globalen Matrixstrukturen und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Stark ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität, unternehmerisches Denken sowie strategische und zugleich operative Umsetzungsstärke
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft

Gehalt

120.000 – 160.000 € (80 % Fix / 20 % variabel) - je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation
