Gesucht wird eine technisch versierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Erfahrung in der Führung von Führungskräften mitbringt und strategische Technologieentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung sowie die operative Steuerung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte miteinander verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die globale Forschungs- und Entwicklungsorganisation mit rund 50 bis 60 Mitarbeitenden
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von sechs Team- beziehungsweise Entwicklungsleitungen
  • Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen aus der Unternehmens- und Technologiestrategie
  • Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung des globalen Entwicklungsprojektportfolios
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmaps
  • Professionalisierung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Methoden und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- und Budgetplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Produktmanagement, Produktion, Vertrieb und internationalen Gesellschaften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in Forschung und Entwicklung sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in größeren Entwicklungsbereichen, idealerweise in der Führung von Führungskräften
  • Erfahrung mit Serienentwicklung, Produktplattformen sowie Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmaps
  • Technischer Hintergrund aus Pumpen-, Vakuum-, Kompressoren-, Fluid-, Antriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik beziehungsweise vergleichbarem Maschinenbau
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Organisationsentwicklung, Stakeholder-Management und Transformationsprozessen
  • Verbindung aus technischer Tiefe, strategischem Denken und starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt

bis zu 160.000 € im Jahresgehalt (je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation)
