Für unseren Mandanten, ein familiengeführtes, global tätiges Unternehmen im Sondermaschinenbau für die Lebensmittelindustrie, suchen wir eine:n Inbetriebnahmetechniker:in (all genders) mit internationaler Reisetätigkeit (u.a. EU, USA, Asien). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Wartung, Reparaturen und Montage der Anlagensysteme nationaler und internationaler Kunden
  • mehrwöchiger Aufenthalt beim Kunden zur Durchführung von Kundenschulungen samt entsprechender Einweisung in die Bedienung der Anlage vor Ort
  • Übernahme des Kundendienstes
  • eigenständige Abwicklung der Fehleranalyse und -beseitigung an den kundenspezifischen Anlagen
  • Verantwortung für das Ersatzteilmanagement
  • Unterstützung und Schulung der internationalen Vertriebspartner in den Bereichen Wartung und Service
  • Reporting an den Leiter Technischer Außendienst

Ihr Profil

  • mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst im Investitionsgüterbereich
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Mechatronik/Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik oder einem artverwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SIEMENS S7, WinCC und TIA Portal
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office
  • 80-100 % internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • wohnhaft in Norddeutschland oder entsprechende Umzugsbereitschaft

Gehalt

  • 50.000 Euro - 68.000 Euro Jahresgehalt + Tagegeld (nach BRKG)
