Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes mittelständisches Technologieunternehmen aus dem Maschinenbau, besetzen wir am Standort Jena eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition im Einkauf.

Die Position verbindet operative Einkaufsnähe mit einem klaren strategischen Transformationsauftrag: Bestehende Prozesse sollen weiterentwickelt, das Lieferantenmanagement breiter und internationaler aufgestellt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines sechsköpfigen Einkaufsteams.
  • Verantwortung für operative und strategische Einkaufsthemen sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsorganisation.
  • Analyse, Standardisierung und Optimierung bestehender Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse.
  • Professionalisierung des Lieferantenmanagements, insbesondere durch den Aufbau einer breiteren Lieferantenbasis, Internationalisierung und Bündelung von Beschaffungsvolumen.
  • Begleitung der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems aus Sicht des Einkaufs.
  • Steuerung einkaufsrelevanter Themen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbesuchen sowie Teilnahme an relevanten Messen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und weiteren internen Schnittstellen.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Einkauf eines technischen Industrieunternehmens.
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein bestehendes Team sicher durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen.
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise durch ein Studium im Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, in der Lieferantenentwicklung und idealerweise in der Internationalisierung von Beschaffungsstrukturen.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen; APplus-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu Lieferanten- und Messebesuchen.
  • Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation, Umsetzungsstärke und ein pragmatischer, prozessorientierter Arbeitsstil.

Salary

  • 65.000 EUR - 82.000 EUR
