Für unseren Mandanten, ein innovationsstarkes Hightech-Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Motion Control suchen wir eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Hunter-Mentalität. Sie verantworten den Auf- und Ausbau des Vertriebs in der Region D/A/CH mit Fokus auf OEM-Geschäft und langfristige Kundenbindung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Neu- und Bestandskunden (ca. 50/50)
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise im OEM-Umfeld (z. B. Halbleiter, Life Science)
  • Technische Auslegung und Beratung (Drives, Achsen etc.)
  • Angebotskalkulation und Projektentwicklung
  • Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten in wöchentlichen Berichten
  • Sie knüpfen und stärken aktiv Kontakte zu Schlüsselkunden, Branchenverbänden und Technologiepartnern auf Messe, um die Marktposition weiter auszubauen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik o.ä.
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich der Antriebstechnik/ Automatisierungstechnik.
  • Erfahrung in Motion Control, Antriebstechnik, Automatisierung oder Servo Drives.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Networking gehören zu Ihren Kernkompetenzen – Sie bauen gezielt Beziehungen auf und erweitern diese nachhaltig.
  • Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft

Gehalt

85 000 bis 110 000 Euro im Jahresziel, je nach Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung
