Für unseren Kunden, ein international etabliertes und technologisch führendes Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Sensorik und Automatisierungstechnik mit Sitz in Berlin, suchen wir eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit als Sales Manager Europe (all genders) – Sensor Technology.

Im Fokus der Position steht der europaweite Aufbau neuer Märkte und Kundenbeziehungen für innovative Heavy-Duty-Drehgeber im Umfeld anspruchsvoller Industrieanwendungen. Unser Mandant entwickelt hochwertige Sensorlösungen für internationale OEMs und steht weltweit für technologische Innovationskraft, Präzision und industrielle Qualität.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktiver technischer Vertrieb von Heavy-Duty-Drehgebern im europäischen Markt
  • Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen sowie Erschließung neuer Märkte und Anwendungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Neukundenakquise im OEM- und Projektgeschäft
  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden vor Ort
  • Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale und Branchen
  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten vom Erstkontakt bis zur technischen Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Vertriebsgesellschaften sowie technischen Fachabteilungen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im definierten Zielmarkt

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Techniker, idealerweise in den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Industrieprodukte
  • Erfahrung im internationalen OEM-Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Technischer Hintergrund im Bereich Sensorik, Encoder / Motion Control, Automatisierungstechnik, Antriebstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Industrial Automation
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstbewusstes und souveränes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung
  • Technisches Interesse und gutes Verständnis für industrielle Anwendungen
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und starken Persönlichkeiten erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Kombination aus technischem Berater und aktivem Hunter
  • Europaweite Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50 %

Gehalt

Je nach Qualifikation zwischen 90.000–110.000 € p.a. im Fixum zzgl. Dienstwagen
