Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting-Prozess: Unterstützung von der Stellenausschreibung über die Bewerberkommunikation bis hin zur Einstellung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Erstellung von Personalunterlagen wie Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsnachträgen, Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personaldaten in unserem HR-Tool Personio
  • Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung der Personalprozesse
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungenund Reports
  • Betreuung der HR-Postfächer und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Mitarbeitendenbetreuung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen, wie Teamevents, Workshops oder Onboarding-Tagen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des HR-Teams

Ihr Profil:

  • Studierende der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Personal
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen und „digital affin“
  • Teamfähigkeitund Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Präzision und Genauigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrung wünschenswert
