Ihre Aufgaben

Als Marketingmanager bei der Murrelektronik AG entwickeln und realisieren Sie zielgerichtete Marketingmassnahmen für innovative Automatisierungslösungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Sie positionieren unsere Produkte und Lösungen bei Maschinenbauern und industriellen Entscheidern und stärken damit unsere Marktpräsenz. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb und Stammhaus zusammen und setzen Ihre Projekte selbstständig, praxisnah und wirkungsorientiert um.

Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten für den Schweizer Markt Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketingmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Flyer, Broschüren, Social-Media-Posts und digitalen Anzeigen (Layout) Verfassen und Bearbeiten von Marketingtexten mehrsprachig Pflege und Aktualisierung von Website-, Social-Media- und weiteren digitalen Inhalten Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle Unterstützung des Vertriebs mit Präsentationen, Produktunterlagen und Verkaufsunterstützung Organisation und Vorbereitung von Messen, Events und weiteren Marketingaktivitäten Koordination von externen Partnern, Agenturen und Dienstleistern Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Markenauftritts und Pflege der Marketing-Assets Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekten

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation, visueller Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit einem breiten Generalistenprofil. Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Marketing- und Design-Tools, insbesondere: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, Canva, Salesforce, HTML und digitale Marketingplattformen Deutsch als Muttersprache oder bilinguale Sprachkompetenz Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent, Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte und Gestaltung Freude an einer vielseitigen Rolle mit operativer Umsetzung und direktem Stakeholder-Kontakt Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort in Beringen Schweizer oder EU/EFTA-Staatsangehörigkeit beziehungsweise gültige Schweizer Arbeitsbewilligung Bitte beachten Sie: Drittstaatsangehörige, die eine Sponsoring-Unterstützung benötigen, können für diese Position nicht berücksichtigt werden.
