O MASP está em busca de uma pessoa Especialista em Itinerâncias e Parcerias para integrar a área de Produção de Exposições, vinculada à Diretoria Artística.A pessoa profissional será responsável pela estruturação, negociação e acompanhamento de parcerias institucionais voltadas à circulação nacional e internacional de exposições e catálogos do museu. Atuará na articulação com instituições culturais parceiras e diferentes áreas internas do MASP, conduzindo acordos, negociações de contrapartidas e acompanhamento das entregas previstas, garantindo o alinhamento institucional, técnico e contratual dos projetos.Posição: CLT Part-timeModelo: De segunda a sexta-feira, das 14h às 18h, sendo um dia de home office.

Requisitos e qualificações● Conduzir alinhamentos com as equipes curatoriais do MASP para compreender premissas, condições e contrapartidas relacionadas às itinerâncias.● Desenvolver e manter o relacionamento com museus, centros culturais e instituições parceiras nacionais e internacionais, apresentando propostas de cooperação e negociando condições de parceria.● Elaborar minutas iniciais e acompanhar a negociação de Termos de Acordo, Memorandos de Entendimento (MoUs) e contratos, em conjunto com as áreas jurídicas envolvidas.● Articular as equipes do MASP e das instituições parceiras para definir diretrizes de cooperação relacionadas a catálogos e publicações.● Acompanhar as condições financeiras previstas nos acordos, incluindo emissão de invoices, controle de fees e monitoramento de prazos de recebimento.● Coordenar a organização e disponibilização dos materiais técnicos das exposições, como checklists, listas de emprestadores, projetos expográficos as built, textos de parede, legendas e materiais de imprensa.● Realizar a transição formal dos projetos negociados para as áreas internas responsáveis pela execução das itinerâncias.● Avaliar e encaminhar solicitações de alterações contratuais para validação pelas equipes técnicas, institucionais e jurídicas.● Manter atualizados os controles documentais, históricos de negociação e matrizes de acompanhamento de itinerâncias em andamento e em prospecção.● Promover a comunicação entre Produção de Exposições, Curadoria, Editorial, Jurídico, Relações Institucionais e Diretoria Artística.REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES● Ensino superior completo em Relações Internacionais, Produção Cultural, Museologia, Artes Visuais, História da Arte, Gestão Cultural, Administração ou áreas correlatas.● Inglês avançado ou fluente para reuniões, negociações e comunicação profissional.● Experiência na gestão ou coordenação de projetos culturais, itinerâncias, intercâmbios ou parcerias institucionais de abrangência internacional. ● Vivência com instituições internacionais e articulação de diferentes interlocutores.● Conhecimento em negociação, elaboração ou acompanhamento de contratos internacionais, MoUs e acordos institucionais.● Habilidade de negociação e comunicação diplomática, organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar demandas e prazos simultâneos.SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL● Experiência específica na produção e gestão de itinerâncias nacionais e internacionais de exposições de artes visuais.● Experiência de relacionamento com museus, centros culturais e instituições internacionais e rede de contatos no setor cultural.● Conhecimento de espanhol e/ou outros idiomas.● Cursos complementares em gestão de projetos, gestão cultural ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionais● Vale Cultura no cartão Flash, opcional● Vale Transporte, com desconto de 6% do salário-base● Plano de Saúde Bradesco● Plano Odontológico MetLife● TotalPass● Clude Saúde● Credencial SESC● Seguro de Vida Prudential● Amigo MASP● Ingressos MASP — 4 cortesias mensais por pessoa● Escola MASP● Descontos na Loja MASP● Cartão ICOM● Presente de Aniversariante do Mês● Bicicletário● Parcerias e Descontos
