🤝 What You’ll Do as a Service Billing Clerk: As a Service Billing Clerk, you’ll support daily billing activities and ensure accuracy across work orders, invoices, and warranty documentation. Responsibilities include:

Review service work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Process warranty claims and verify applicable warranty coverage Edit and update work order notes as needed Compare charges to quotes to ensure proper billing Add outside vendor charges to invoices Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner Support additional administrative and billing tasks as assigned

📋 What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
