Company Overview Mustang Rental Services is a leading equipment rental provider serving the Houston and Beaumont metro regions, operating a diversified fleet spanning general rental and heavy equipment across a multi-branch network. The company supports construction, industrial, infrastructure, and energy customers with a strong focus on uptime, utilization, cost discipline, and execution consistency. As Mustang Rental Services continues to scale, centralized execution discipline and standard operating practices are critical to delivering profitable growth. We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Systems Specialist to be the owner of end-user tools for new business applications, system enhancements, development, and system training across the organization.

Process Mapping: Map current workflows and design future-state processes to incorporate software, automation, or system enhancements. System Optimization: Evaluate existing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS), troubleshoot issues, and recommend or implement upgrades. Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary translator between business units and technical/development teams to ensure technical feasibility. Testing & Implementation: Develop test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change during system rollouts. User Training: Create system documentation and provide end-user training to ensure high adoption rates and smooth transitions.

Proven track record of driving execution improvements across multiple locations or teams.

Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enterprise applications

Attributes

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
