Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Technician – El Campo, TX (Shop & Field Roles Available) (Heavy Equipment Technician | Caterpillar Diesel Mechanic | Construction Equipment Service | Field Service Equipment Repair) Mustang Cat is actively hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians for both shop and field service roles in El Campo, Texas. In this hands-on position, you'll repair and maintain Caterpillar construction equipment—from compact machinery to large earthmoving units—supporting job sites and customers across the region. This is a high-impact opportunity for a skilled diesel mechanic who enjoys diagnostics, independence, and the satisfaction of returning machines to top performance. 🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Heavy Equipment Technician: As a Caterpillar Diesel Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing diesel-powered equipment both in the shop and out in the field.
