As the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, we proudly support the construction, industrial, and power generation industries with high-performance rental equipment and expert service. We’re actively hiring Rental Equipment Technicians across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions in Willis, Texas. 🔧 What You’ll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician:

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding rental fleet Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems Service a wide range of heavy equipment, compact construction machinery, and aerial lift equipment Maintain reliability and performance to ensure customer satisfaction

🛠️ What You Bring:

Must own proper tools to perform repairs High school diploma or equivalent Previous mechanic work or military experience Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance

📚 Additional Experience Strongly Preferred:

Technical degree or certificate from a trade school Experience working on heavy equipment, compact construction equipment, and man lifts Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motor systems Welding or fabrication experience
