Ootame oma meeskonda vallasekretäri, kes aitab tagada valla tegevuse õiguspärasuse, juhib kantselei tööd ning toetab vallavolikogu ja vallavalitsust läbimõeldud otsuste tegemisel.

Tööülesanded: • Vallavolikogu ja vallavalitsuse õigusaktide ning nende eelnõude õiguspärasuse ja vorminõuetele vastavuse kontrollimine;• vallavolikogu, vallavalitsuse ja teenistujate õigusalane nõustamine; • kantselei töö juhtimine ning asjaajamise ja dokumendihalduse korraldamine; • vallavalitsuse istungite dokumentide ettevalmistamises osalemine ning istungite protokollimise korraldamine; • õigusaktide avaldamise ja avalikustamise korraldamine; • valla esindamine kohtus või kohtus esindamise korraldamine; • valimiste ja rahvahääletuste korraldamisega seotud ülesannete täitmine seaduses sätestatud ulatuses; • muude õigusaktidest ja ametijuhendist tulenevate ülesannete täitmine.

Omalt poolt pakume: • Sisukat ja vastutusrikast tööd Mustvee valla arengu toetamisel;• võimalust kujundada kantselei töökorraldust ning parandada valla asjaajamise ja õigusloome kvaliteeti; • erialaseid koolitus- ja enesetäiendamise võimalusi; • põhipuhkust 35 kalendripäeva aastas.

Muud nõuded: Kandidaadilt ootame:• vastavust kohaliku omavalitsuse korralduse seaduse § 55 lõikes 2 sätestatud kvalifikatsiooninõuetele ning avaliku teenistuse seaduses sätestatud teenistusse võtmise nõuetele; • kohaliku omavalitsuse korraldust, haldusmenetlust, avalikku teenistust ja õigusloomet reguleerivate õigusaktide head tundmist; • õigusaktide, lepingute ja muude juriidiliste dokumentide koostamise ning analüüsimise oskust; • juhtimis- ja korraldamisoskust, koostöövalmidust ning oskust kavandada tööd ja järgida tähtaegu; • iseseisvat otsustusvõimet, täpsust, vastutustunnet ja head pingetaluvust.

Kasuks tuleb: • varasem õigusalane töökogemus kohaliku omavalitsuse või riigi ametiasutuses; • meeskonna juhtimise kogemus; • kohtumenetluses esindamise ja valimiste korraldamise kogemus; • dokumendihaldussüsteemide ja avaliku sektori andmekogude kasutamise kogemus.
