Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst in unserem Team Conversational AI Anwendungen für Voice & Chat in den Kanälen Phone, Alexa, WhatsApp, Web- sowie App-Chat mit unseren etablierten Frameworks und Plattformen wie Parloa.
  • Du begleitest unsere erfahrenen Projektleiter:innen in Beratungen bei Kund:innen bezüglich der kanalspezifischen Potenziale von Conversational AI und kreierst State-of-the-Art Customer Journeys.
  • Du begleitest Projekte von der Kundenanfrage bis zum Betrieb und unterstützt das Projektmanagement.
  • Du nutzt den Gestaltungsspielraum, den wir Dir geben, um gemeinsam mit dem Team Kundenprojekte zum Erfolg zu führen und uns als Agentur weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Conversational AI Expertise: Du hast mindestens ein ausgeprägtes Interesse, idealerweise bereits konkrete Erfahrung aus Beruf/Studium im Umfeld von Conversational AI, Computer Linguistik, Interaktionsdesign oder in Projekten mit generativer KI im Chat- oder Voice-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrungen: Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über erste Berufs- bzw. Projekterfahrung als Product Owner, Projektmanager:in o.ä. im Umfeld technischer Projekte
  • Tech-Stack: Du weißt, was RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks und SDKs sind und scheust nicht vor technischer Projektorganisation zurück
  • Datenanalyse: Du hast Interesse an der Analyse und Auswertung von Conversational AI Projekten und hast eine Vorstellung, welche auswertbaren Daten dabei helfen, den Erfolg eines solchen Projekts messbar zu machen.
  • Soft Skills: Du hast Spaß an der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund:innen, Interesse an Sprache und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
