Je helpt hen op weg, verwerkt retouren en afgehandelde verhuurartikelen en beantwoordt vragen met een glimlach. Een afwisselende en servicegerichte functie in een hecht team!Omschrijving:Ben jij klantvriendelijk, hulpvaardig en hou je van aanpakken? Voor een bekende bouwmarkt in Terneuzen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Servicebalie Medewerker (32 uur).In deze rol ben jij het visitekaartje van de winkel. Dankzij jouw heldere uitleg en vriendelijke aanpak voelen klanten zich echt welkom en geholpen. Twijfel je of je al genoeg ervaring hebt? Geen zorgen! Motivatie en de juiste instelling zijn het belangrijkst, de rest leren we je graag in de praktijk.Wat ga je doen?Zorgen voor een warm welkom bij de servicebalie en een uitstekende klantbeleving.Beantwoorden van klantvragen en het verlenen van basisadvies.Zorgvuldig verwerken van retouren en afhandelen van verhuurmaterialen.Correcte administratieve afhandeling van balie- en kassawerkzaamheden.Heldere communicatie met je collegas op de winkelvloer en gericht doorverwijzen.
