Somos uma fazenda focada em pecuária, com manejo responsável e cuidado com o meio ambiente. Buscamos alguém comprometido, que queira se desenvolver e fazer parte de uma equipe unida, com rotina organizada e apoio no dia a dia.

Suas principais atividades serão:

  • Fazer roçada de pasto manual e com roçadeira (quando necessário)
  • Apoiar no manejo diário do gado (condução, contagem, separação)
  • Ajudar na manutenção básica de cercas, bebedouros e piquetes
  • Auxiliar na limpeza e organização das áreas de trabalho
  • Seguir orientações de segurança e bem-estar animal
  • Colaborar com a equipe em outras tarefas da rotina da fazenda
  • Zelar pelos equipamentos e ferramentas utilizados

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em fazenda, sítio ou trabalho rural (mesmo que informal)
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em área rural
  • Boa disposição física para atividades de campo e roçada de pasto
  • Facilidade para seguir orientações e trabalhar em equipe
  • Compromisso com horários, segurança e cuidado com os animais

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com pecuária de corte ou leite
  • Vivência com roçadeira costal ou tratorizada
  • Noções de manutenção simples de cercas e bebedouros
  • Disponibilidade para residir na fazenda ou proximidades
  • Vontade de aprender e crescer na área de pecuária
