Das MVZ Labor Dr. Quade und Kollegen ist ein medizinisches Labor mit ca. 220 Mitarbeitern.

Es erbringt labormedizinische, mikrobiologische, hygienische und forensische Untersuchungen aus dem Bereich der Drogenanalytik im Auftrag von niedergelassenen Ärzten, Krankenhäusern, öffentlichen und privaten Auftraggebern sowie Arbeits- und Betriebsmedizinern. Es ist als Prüflabor und als medizinisches Labor akkreditiert. Ebenso verfügt das MVZ über eine Anerkennung durch das College of American Pathologists.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Personaladministration: Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und Bescheinigungen anhand unserer Vorlagen. Du pflegst die Personalakten und hältst die Stammdaten in unserem HR-System Personio aktuell.
  • Recruiting: Du veröffentlichst Stellenanzeigen, betreust die Bewerberkommunikation und koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche. Nach deiner Einarbeitung führst du erste Gespräche und begleitest ausgewählte Stellenbesetzungen.
  • Onboarding: Du organisierst den Einstieg neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen, stimmst Einarbeitungspläne mit den Fachbereichen ab und koordinierst Probezeitgespräche.
  • HR-Service: Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zu Urlaub, Bescheinigungen und weiteren organisatorischen Personalthemen.
  • Vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung: Du bereitest abrechnungsrelevante Daten auf, erfasst Änderungen und unterstützt bei der Kontrolle.
  • HR-Projekte: Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalprozesse mit, beispielsweise bei der Digitalisierung, beim Onboarding oder bei Mitarbeitendenbefragungen.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Personalbezug, oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Erste praktische Einblicke in den Personalbereich, beispielsweise durch eine Ausbildung oder eine erste berufliche Station.
  • Interesse an operativer Personalarbeit und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie eine freundliche und verbindliche Kommunikation.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Interesse an digitalen HR-Systemen. Erfahrung mit Personio ist willkommen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
