Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung – vom ersten Kundengespräch bis zum laufenden Projekt? Dann bist du bei MWAY Digital genau richtig. Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden – nicht nur beim Abschluss, sondern über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit.

  • Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu, baust dir ein Netzwerk auf und gewinnst eigenständig neue Kunden für individuelle Softwareprojekte
  • Du führst Erstgespräche mit potenziellen Kunden, nimmst Anforderungen auf und übersetzt sie in ein tragfähiges Lösungskonzept
  • Für die von dir gewonnenen Projekte übernimmst du im Anschluss selbst die Projektleitung: Du steuerst Zeitpläne, Ressourcen und Meilensteine gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklerteams zusammen und verstehst, was technisch machbar ist und was ein Lösungskonzept realistisch macht
  • Du bist über die gesamte Laufzeit deiner Projekte die feste Ansprechperson für den Kunden – auch lange nach Vertragsunterschrift
  • Du behältst bei deinen Projekten den Überblick über Budget, Scope und Status und meldest frühzeitig, wenn etwas aus dem Ruder läuft
  • Du bist die Brücke zwischen Business und Technik: Du sprichst mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe und sorgst dafür, dass beide Seiten sich verstehen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Kundenakquise oder lösungsorientiertem Vertrieb mit, idealerweise für Softwareentwicklungs- oder Individualsoftware-Projekte und hast Spaß daran
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Projektleitung oder Projektkoordination mit, idealerweise für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
  • Du verstehst, wie Softwareentwicklung tatsächlich abläuft – Anforderungsanalyse, Architektur, Sprints, Releases – auch wenn du selbst nicht programmierst
  • Du denkst strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick
  • Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) – in Wort und Schrift
