  • Help guide new solutions through the firm's internal onboarding and approval processes to support successful, compliant implementation
  • Support adoption strategies: helping to raise awareness, deliver training, and encourage usage of solutions among practicing attorneys and practice groups
  • Track usage and adoption metrics for assigned tools, helping identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, supporting relationship management, tracking product roadmaps, and helping translate upcoming enhancements and new features into practice impact
  • Coordinate with IT, Information Security, Information Governance, OGC, Talent, and Marketing & Business Development to help align solution rollouts with firm-wide policies, systems, and initiatives
  • Monitor advancements in technology-related working groups and committees and other emerging technologies, helping evaluate new offerings and providing input to practice group leadership
  • Help maintain product charters, roadmaps, governance policies, and usage guidelines to support clear product direction and transparency with stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at the appropriate level to varied audiences
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and Visio

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
