About uParcel

uParcel is a Singapore-based e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery 3PL. We combine in-house warehousing with our own fleet of same-day delivery drivers, giving online sellers on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop one integrated partner from inbound stock to the customer’s doorstep.

Role Overview

As our E-commerce Operations Executive, you will run the daily fulfilment operations that our brand clients depend on. You will make sure marketplace orders are received, picked, packed and handed over for delivery accurately and within cut-off times. You will also onboard new brands, train their teams on our Inventory Management System (IMS) and resolve their operational issues, while finding ways to make the operation faster, more accurate and more cost-efficient.

Key Responsibilities

1.Daily order fulfilment

• Monitor incoming orders from client accounts across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, and make sure they are processed within agreed cut-off times and service levels.

• Coordinate inbound receiving, put away, picking, packing and outbound handover with the warehouse team.

• Plan daily workloads and flag capacity risks early, especially during peak sales periods such as 11.11 and 12.12.

2.Inventory accuracy

• Track stock levels for client SKUs and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical stock.

• Support regular cycle counts, and investigate and report damaged, missing or mis-shelved items.

3.Delivery coordination and returns

• Work with the delivery team and drivers to make sure parcels are handed over on time and tracked through to delivery.

• Follow up on delayed, failed or returned deliveries, and handle returns processing including inspection, restocking and reporting back to brands.

4.Customer onboarding

• Run kick-off calls with new brands to understand their products, order volumes, sales channels and fulfilment requirements.

• Collect and validate SKU masters and inbound stock plans, and set up each brand’s account and channel connections in the IMS.

• Prepare warehouse readiness with the team, including stock receiving, storage and pick-and-pack setup, before go-live.

• Test the end-to-end flow with each brand, support the first live orders and monitor the first weeks closely.

5.Inventory Management System training

• Train brand teams on the IMS, including inbound bookings, stock visibility, order status, reports and day-to-day use.

• Deliver live walkthroughs and refresher sessions, tailored to each brand’s size and experience.

• Create and maintain easy-to-follow guides, SOPs and FAQs, and pass user feedback to the team to improve the system.

6.Resolving brands’ operational issues

• Be the first point of contact for brands’ operational questions, such as stock discrepancies, delayed orders, delivery exceptions and returns.

• Investigate each issue with the warehouse and delivery teams, find the root cause and follow the case through to resolution.

• Keep brands updated clearly and promptly, and escalate serious or recurring issues early.

7.Reporting and continuous improvement

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on fulfilment rate, on-time delivery, order accuracy, returns, exceptions and issue trends.

• Use recurring issues and training questions to recommend practical fixes to processes, SOPs and the system.

• Help the team reduce operating cost per order without hurting service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, order fulfilment or logistics coordination.

• Understanding of how marketplace orders flow on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, and of fulfilment service levels.

• Good with numbers and data, with working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised and calm under time pressure.

• Clear, patient communicator, able to explain system features in simple terms and coach brand teams with different levels of experience.

• Quick to learn inventory or warehouse management systems and confident handling brand queries.

• Willing to spend time on the warehouse floor, including occasional handling of parcels.

• Able to work occasional weekends or public holidays during peak sales periods.

Good to Have

• Experience with warehouse, inventory or order management systems.

• Experience onboarding or training clients, or creating training guides and SOPs.

How Success Is Measured

• Fulfilment rate: Share of orders fulfilled within agreed cut-off times.

• On-time delivery: Share of parcels delivered within the promised window.

• Order accuracy: Pick, pack and inventory accuracy.

• Onboarding and adoption: Time from signing to first live order, and brands’ confidence using the IMS on their own.

• Issue resolution: Speed and quality of resolving brands’ operational issues.

• Cost efficiency: Improvement in cost per order over time.

What You Will Gain

• Hands-on experience across the full e-commerce fulfilment chain, from warehouse to last-mile delivery.

• Direct impact on brands’ success on Singapore’s leading marketplaces, working with them from onboarding onwards.

• A clear path to grow into Senior Operations Executive or Operations Manager roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
