Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead sales and marketing functions, develop growth strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business expansion to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify new business opportunities, explore potential markets, and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders to support business growth
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, business development activities, client acquisition, and account management to maximize revenue
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, brand positioning, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Analyze sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and revenue forecasts to support data-driven management decisions
  • Establish sales targets, performance metrics, budgets, and reporting procedures to ensure departmental accountability
  • Prepare regular management reports on sales results, marketing activities, business opportunities, and market developments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and delivery of customer requirements
  • Review and improve sales and marketing processes to enhance productivity and profitability
  • Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
  • Experience in sales management, marketing management, or business development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage client accounts, and achieve business growth targets
  • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills demonstrated through managing teams and stakeholder engagement
  • Understanding of sales planning, marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and account management applied in business contexts
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven business decisions
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales reporting tools
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
