Als Senior Internationaal HR Adviseur Retail ben je HR-partner voor managers en medewerkers binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je adviseert en begeleidt bij uiteenlopende en complexere HR-vraagstukken en kijkt tegelijkertijd verder dan de individuele casus.

Je verbindt wat je ziet en hoort aan bredere thema’s rondom teams, leiderschap, performance, talent en organisatieontwikkeling.

Je begrijpt de commerciële en organisatorische doelstellingen van de verschillende landen en vertaalt deze naar concrete people-prioriteiten. Als sparringpartner adviseer, coach en challenge je managers in hun people-verantwoordelijkheid. Daarbij werk je op strategisch, tactisch én operationeel niveau. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk van medewerkersadvies tot internationaal beleid. Een afwisselende rol welke geen dacht hetzelfde is.

De internationale context maakt jouw rol extra veelzijdig. Je zoekt continu naar de juiste balans tussen wat we binnen My Jewellery internationaal consistent willen organiseren en wat lokaal nodig is. Wetgeving, arbeidsmarkt en cultuur kunnen per land verschillen. Jij herkent deze verschillen, bouwt kennis op van de lokale context en schakelt Legal of lokale expertise in wanneer specialistische kennis nodig is.

Ook kijk je vooruit. Je signaleert people-risico’s en kansen, gebruikt HR-data om patronen over landen heen zichtbaar te maken en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen. Daarnaast begeleid je internationale organisatieveranderingen en ben je vanuit HR verantwoordelijk voor uitbreiding naar nieuwe landen.

Jouw taken

  • Je adviseert managers en medewerkers over complexere HR-vraagstukken rondom onder andere performance, ontwikkeling, employee relations, arbeidsvoorwaarden en in-, door- en uitstroom;
  • Je bent proactief sparringpartner voor internationaal management en adviseert, coacht en challenget managers in hun people-verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je adviseert over talent, leiderschap, teamsamenstelling, organisatiestructuur, capabilities en verandertrajecten;
  • Je begeleidt internationale organisatieveranderingen en bent vanuit HR verantwoordelijk voor uitbreiding naar nieuwe landen;
  • Je gebruikt HR-data en signalen om trends en patronen rondom onder andere verloop, verzuim, performance en engagement te herkennen en te vertalen naar concrete adviezen en acties;
  • Je bewaakt de balans tussen internationale HR-kaders en lokale wetgeving, cultuur en behoeften en werkt daarbij samen met de HR Operations, Recruitment, L&D, Legal en lokale specialisten.

  • Je hebt HBO/WO werk-en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een opleiding afgerond richting HRM of International Business.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 7 jaar relevante HR-werkervaring, waaronder meerdere jaren als zelfstandig HR Adviseur, Senior HR Adviseur of HR Business Partner;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren en challengen van management en met performance, employee relations, talent, leiderschap en organisatieverandering;
  • Je kunt individuele HR-vraagstukken verbinden aan bredere team- en organisatievraagstukken en zelfstandig opereren binnen verschillende contexten;
  • Je bent cultureel sensitief, hebt affiniteit met internationaal arbeidsrecht en internationale HR-ervaring en/of ervaring met meerdere landen is sterk gewenst;
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement, kunt HR-data en signalen vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed. Frans, Duits en/of Spaans is een sterke pré.
