Als Store Manager in unserer Boutique in Düsseldorf führst du dein Team mit viel Energie, setzt kommerzielle Ziele auf der Verkaufsfläche um und sorgst für ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis. Du trägst die Verantwortung für den Store, unterstützt dein Team im Alltag, coachst deine Kolleg/-innen und sorgst dafür, dass die Boutique immer perfekt aussieht.

Außerdem bist du die Ansprechperson für das Headquarters und spielst eine aktive Rolle beim Wachstum der Marke in deiner Region.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für das gesamte Store Management, vom Team über den Umsatz bis hin zum Erscheinungsbild der Boutique und dem Erreichen der Ziele
  • Du führst und coachst dein Team täglich auf der Verkaufsfläche und führst Feedbackgespräche sowie Bewerbungsgespräche
  • Du behältst KPIs rund um Umsatz, Kundenzufriedenheit und Personaleinsatzplanung im Blick
  • Du bist die wichtigste Ansprechperson für Kolleg/-innen aus dem Headquarter sowie für den/die Retail Coordinator
  • Du erkennst Chancen im Markt und setzt passende Aktionen und Optimierungen um
  • Du sorgst für eine korrekte Personaleinsatzplanung und ein gutes Bestandsmanagement
  • Du hast mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung als Store Manager/-in, Filialleiter/-in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Retail Bereich
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Fashion oder Business
  • Du bist flexibel und auch abends sowie am Wochenende verfügbar
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest proaktiv und weißt, wie du Menschen motivierst
  • Du fühlst dich sicher in der Kommunikation mit Kolleg/-innen auf Englisch
  • Du wohnst in oder in der Nähe von Düsseldorf
