The posting
Money stress is the biggest productivity killer in the workplace - My Money Matters exists to change that. We're building an app that improves employees' finances automatically every pay day - giving them financial tools that directly improve their financial health with less effort.
Every pay day is an opportunity to build better money habits. We make it easy. Employees can accelerate retirement savings with tax-efficient pension top-ups, build a safety net effortlessly with auto savings, or access their already-earned salary ahead of pay day for emergencies.
For employers, fewer employees with money worries means more focus on work. We're trusted by major organisations including the NHS, and we're growing fast.
We’re hiring for a hands-on B2B marketing lead to build the funnel that generates leads for our sales team.
About the role
Before we can improve employees’ finances, we need buy-in from their employer. Our ideal customers are HR and people leaders who care deeply about their teams. We're looking for an outstanding marketer to build the pipeline that finds those people.
You'll own B2B pipeline end-to-end, from demand generation through to qualifying MQLs for our sales team. It's a hands-on role where you'll help shape strategy, own the budget and execute the plan. As we grow, you'll build out the team required to scale lead generation.
What you'll do
Your north star metric is pipeline generated. That means you'll be the hands-on owner of every touchpoint that drives pipeline: campaigns, events, webinars, paid ads, ABM, partnerships, automated outbound and ownership of the website.
Benefits is a noisy category, and HR inboxes are full of the same pitch. Your job is to cut through it and create work that makes My Money Matters stand out. Our best work to date is creating a large inflatable elephant who travels with us everywhere we go.
In a week you might:
- Launch an ABM play into a target list of NHS trusts
- Organise and attend an employee benefit fair with Penny, the 3-metre elephant
- Set a paid LinkedIn campaign live for website visitors
- Build, promote and deliver a seasonal webinar campaign
The experience we're looking for
- B2B marketing - 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS
- A true generalist - You have experience in events, paid, ABM, partnerships, outbound and content, and love that no two days are the same
- A great writer - You write compelling copy from cold emails to white papers
- HubSpot experience - You’re a pro at building sequences and reports
- Experience in a fast-paced scale-up - You're used to tight deadlines, competing priorities and getting your hands dirty
- AI-savvy- Yes, we know. Still, every team member must know the difference between creating efficient workflows and god-awful AI slop
The kind of person we’re looking for
You might be the right fit if you:
- Think differently - You love trying innovative ideas nobody else has tried
- Make every pound work like ten - You get outsized results from tight budgets
- Sweat the small stuff - You finesse a CTA thirty times before sending
- High agency - You spot problems, take them on and own the outcome
- Bring the energy - Scaling a business is tough, you want to enjoy the journey too
- You get stuff done - You ship at pace and learn in-market
Success in this role looks like
A stream of HR and people leaders talking to us. You'll be measured on pipeline generated, marketing-sourced revenue and cost per opportunity.
