Job Description

Love cooking great food and want to work somewhere that feels a little different?

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join the team at NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast pace of a bistro kitchen but also loves the creativity and organisation that comes with weddings, functions and special events.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and deliver quality bistro-style food
  • Support food preparation and service across weddings, functions and events
  • Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a great guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety and kitchen cleanliness
  • Bring energy, organisation and a hands-on approach to every service

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
  • Strong skills across bistro-style cooking
  • Experience catering for weddings, functions or events
  • The ability to work confidently during busy service periods
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible and can-do attitude
  • Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
