Euroservis, azienda leader in Italia nel settore dell'Europrogettazione e della Finanza Agevolata, è alla ricerca di una figura Backoffice Tecnico - Amministrativo da inserire nel settore Transizione Industriale.

La risorsa farà parte del team dedicato alla Transizione Industriale, supportando le aziende Clienti nella gestione documentale dei progetti di finanza agevolata.

L'iter di selezione prevede:

Responsabilità

  • Identificare e richiedere la documentazione tecnica e amministrativa necessaria per le pratiche di Transizione 5.0 e Industria 4.0
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento della raccolta documentale, interfacciandosi con i clienti per solleciti e aggiornamenti
  • Inserire e aggiornare i dati delle pratiche nel gestionale Odoo, garantendo accuratezza e completezza delle informazioni

  • Diploma scuola superiore
  • Conoscenza pacchetto Office
  • Gestione della clientela al telefono

Apprezzati

  • Capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti in modo chiaro e professionale, anche in situazioni di sollecito
  • Voglia di imparare e interesse per la normativa su agevolazioni e incentivi alle imprese
  • Abitudine a lavorare in team e con scadenze ravvicinate e gestione di più pratiche in parallelo
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli amministrativi, di segreteria o backoffice (non è indispensabile: offriamo un percorso formativo strutturato)

Contratto di lavoro disciplinato dal CCNL Commercio a tempo determinato FULL TIME (40 ore settimanali) 4 livello con possibilità di stabilizzazione. RAL tra 24.500€ e i 26.000€.
