The posting

Generates the ideas and creative concepts that campaigns are built on.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas across sectors
  • Translate client objectives into executable ideas across platforms
  • Write concepts, story lines, and first-draft scripts
  • Present and defend ideas internally and to clients
  • Track trends and global work as a reference point

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years in creative conceptualization or copywriting within an agency
  • Strong ideation ability — volume and range under pressure
  • Excellent creative writing in Arabic; solid English
  • Portfolio of previous campaigns and concepts

AI SKILLS (REQUIRED)

Uses AI tools for research, ideation, and rapid concept exploration, without letting them replace original thinking.
