In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the company's needs. You will develop and maintain applications, databases, and system architecture while troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with effective solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance software functionality and security. You will conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure that the software infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Who are you?

You are an Intermediate Fullstack Developer with at least two years of professional experience, eager to shape the future of next-generation AI-powered solutions. Skilled in modern web development and cloud infrastructure, you’re motivated to work at the intersection of technology and innovation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly in English, and bring curiosity, adaptability, and initiative to every task. Working in an ambitious, forward-thinking team excites you, and you’re ready to keep growing your skills while contributing to a cutting-edge platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable web applications leveraging Next.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver modern, responsive user experiences
  • Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C# to support core platform functionality
  • Work with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework to ensure efficient, reliable, and maintainable data persistence and retrieval
  • Collaborate with the AI team to seamlessly integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions into the platform
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Contribute across the full stack, taking ownership from backend business logic to polished frontend interfaces
  • Uphold high code quality standards by writing unit tests, conducting thorough code reviews, and following best practices

What we’re looking for

  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

Technical skills:

  • Strong experience in .NET Core and C#
  • Solid frontend skills with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework
  • Eager to expand into Python and FastAPI, with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
  • Good understanding of Python for AI/ML workloads
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
  • Previous experience in AI or NLP projects
