Objetivo básico de la función

Administrar programas de abastecimiento efectivo, que garanticen el cumplimiento de los programas de Carga y Descarga de Combustibles y Aditivos, en tiempo y calidad de acuerdo a nuestras normas, estándares, procedimientos y controles manteniendo inventarios óptimos de combustibles y aditivos bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Terminal.

Responsabilidades

  • Recibir y confirmar a los clientes el programa diario de Carga y Descarga de combustibles y aditivos en base a las existencias de producto, capacidad de las operaciones, capacidad de tanques de almacenamiento.
  • Elaborar el programa diario de Carga y Descarga de combustibles y aditivos con base a las existencias de producto, capacidad de las operaciones, capacidad de tanques de almacenamiento. Alcance los objetivos de ventas mensuales
  • Verificar las existencias diarias de combustibles y aditivos de manera que le permitan mantener el nivel de inventarios de acuerdo a la política de la compañía.
  • Vigilar la entrega oportuna de los combustibles mediante el servicio WEB, informando y retroalimentando a los Clientes y al Area Comercial de OLSTOR.
  • Supervisar y coordinar al personal y sus operaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las órdenes de Carga, Descarga diario por turno, en volumen, tiempo y calidad requerida.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y de mejora para mantener la Maquinaria, Equipos, Instalaciones y Edificio en condiciones óptimas de funcionamiento, dando cumplimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento establecidas en el programa anual.
