Overview: We are "making dreams come true." Our organization provides children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health challenges—and their families—the education, support, and resources needed to be self-reliant, independent, and valued members of their communities. We are seeking a motivated and technology-driven Junior Network Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role supports the administration, maintenance, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure. The Junior Network Administrator assists with cloud services, endpoint management, network operations, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise applications, and technical support while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of IT systems and technologies. What You'll Bring:

What You'll Have:

Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and endpoint administration. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and cloud-based technologies. Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, and wireless networking. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and access management. Experience supporting computer hardware, software, and business applications preferred. Industry certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or related certifications preferred but not required.

A Typical Day May Include:

Assisting with administration and support of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure Arc, and related cloud services. Monitoring and maintaining endpoint management systems, including device enrollment, compliance, software deployment, and configuration management. Deploying, configuring, and supporting Windows computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, identity management, and access control processes. Assisting with Windows Server administration, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure services. Participating in patch management, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity initiatives. Supporting firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and network security appliances. Assisting with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, cloud, and system performance issues. Monitoring network performance, connectivity alerts, outages, and security events. Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for endpoint, connectivity, and access-related issues. Supporting enterprise business applications and cloud-based integrations. Participating in infrastructure modernization projects, cloud migrations, and technology deployments. Collaborating with Help Desk staff, system administrators, network administrators, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Assisting with cybersecurity monitoring, endpoint protection, access reviews, and compliance activities. Providing end-user guidance related to network access, device connectivity, remote access, and technology tools. Staying current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
