Are you passionate about driving brand growth and creating impactful influencer partnerships? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead our sales growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As our Influencer Marketing & PR Manager for the DACH region, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand presence through strategic influencer collaborations and targeted PR campaigns. Your mission will be to identify key influencers, forge lasting partnerships, and lead high-impact campaigns that showcase our products to the right audience.

In addition, you'll play a key role in securing prominent media placements and building strong relationships with influential media contacts to boost our public visibility in the region. You'll also drive the growth of our social media presence by creating engaging, localized content that resonates with our DACH audience, ensuring our messaging aligns with cultural nuances and local expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts to secure high-profile placements.
  • Lead social media growth efforts, creating and localizing compelling content to engage DACH audiences.
  • Oversee translation and cultural adaptation of website content to meet regional standards.
  • Work independently while managing multiple projects and budgets with a results-driven approach.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and social media management preferably within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
  • Fluent in both German and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to manage projects independently, while balancing creativity with business growth objectives.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
