- Working Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8.30am–6.00pm / Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
- Location: Central (relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027)
The role is responsible for course scheduling, resource planning and academic operations, ensuring courses, lecturers, rooms and examinations are accurately coordinated and delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities
Course Planning & Scheduling
- Set up and maintain course schedules in the Student Management System (SMS) based on approved course information.
- Generate and release accurate course timetables within agreed timelines, and communicate schedule changes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Head of School on the deployment of full-time academics and Associate Lecturers.
- Liaise with vendors on outsourced services, including lecturer placement, contract issuance and payroll processing.
Resource Planning & Data Management
- Plan and manage rooms, laboratories and lecturer resources using the Scheduling System to support smooth course delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date course and module information across the SMS and other applicable systems.
- Maintain the central database of approved Associate Lecturers and the modules/courses they are authorised to teach.
- Conduct briefings for newly approved and appointed lecturers where required.
- Liaise with ODQA on statutory updates affecting courses and Associate Lecturers, and implement relevant changes.
Examination Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with the Examination Centre to plan examination schedules for assigned modules during each examination block.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and documentation to support compliance with applicable EduTrust Certification requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Management or Operations Management.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the Private Education Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using scheduling, timetabling or resource optimisation systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings when operationally required.
