The posting

Location: Guoco Midtown

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5:30

Salary: $4500 - $6000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess AI use cases based on business needs and feasibility.
  • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and develop AI workflows using prompt engineering, copilots, automation tools and single-agent solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement scalable AI solutions.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks to assess AI solution accuracy, relevance and output quality.
  • Support product roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management.
  • Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Engage stakeholders and drive user training, adoption and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 0–2 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG concepts
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, hallucination)
  • Exposure to tools like Copilot Studio, Azure AI / OpenAI APIs, and Power Automate
  • Understanding of Agile practices and software development lifecycle
