📝 Job Responsibilities

  • Attend a briefing at the event venue on the day itself.
  • Assist with event venue set-up, including arranging tables, chairs, queue poles, signages and photobooth backdrops.
  • Prepare and move event logistics, graduation gifts, stationery and other equipment.
  • Guide and assist students, parents and guests throughout the event.
  • Manage guest queues and ensure smooth crowd movement.
  • Answer basic enquiries from guests.
  • Assist with dismantling and clearing the venue after the event.

✅ Requirements

  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Physically fit and comfortable carrying or moving tables, chairs, boxes and other event equipment.
  • Punctual, reliable and responsible.
  • Willing to perform hands-on set-up and housekeeping duties.
