Responsibilities

  • Manage claims recovery activities and work towards achieving recovery targets
  • Contact policyholders daily to gather information and assist with third-party claim submissions
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders to explain and encourage the claims recovery process
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in accordance with standard procedures and service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in Insurance claims or functions
