1. Admin and Logistic Support Officer (Part time)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays and Saturday: 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m

•Service not required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays

2. Admin and Logistic Support Officer (Full time)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays and Sunday: 12.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

•Service not required on Saturday, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Experience:

•Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in providing customer service and admin support

•Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage

•Prior experience in upload and schedule of content into digital display panels via content platform

•Experience in handling logistical matters including but not limited to stocking, shelving, movement of classroom furniture, operating of operable wall

Skills:

•Proficient in office and IT systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Email), call handling, and basic record-keeping

•Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

•High level of initiative and able to work independently

•Good customer service skills

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

a)Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students, parents, and members of public

b)Provide administrative support for short courses and test centre operations, i.e. verification of students for assessment taking purposes

c)Assist with the issuance of items/documents when requested

d)Handle walk-in enquiries and emails

e)Handle receipt and dispatch of printed notes, stationery, products, refreshments etc

f)Perform daily upkeep of counter cleanliness and keep the area neat and tidy

g)Manage and document the issuance of room keys

h)Open and lockup rooms during the start and end of the operating hours

i)Liaise with Facilities Management for necessary upkeep of classrooms

j)Support coordination and delivery of refreshments for classes

k)Update digital display panels in content management system

l)Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
