Technical Specialist (Architecture & Civil)

$7,500 – $9,000

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical specialist for Architecture and Civil works for the Jurong Expansion Project.
  • Review architectural, civil and structural designs, technical submissions and design changes.
  • Ensure designs meet project, safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Provide technical support for site planning, building layout, structural design and cleanroom infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
  • Support construction, commissioning, project reviews and technical issue resolution.
  • Support authority submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations.
  • Provide technical recommendations to management and support project decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, data centre or high-tech facilities.
  • Experience in design review, construction and commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural, civil and structural systems.
  • Familiar with Singapore building regulations and authority approval processes.
  • Experience with EPC projects and design management.
  • BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage.
  • Professional Architect or PE registration is an advantage.
