Technical Specialist (Electrical & ELV)

$7,500 – $9,000

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical specialist for Electrical and ELV systems for the Jurong Expansion Project.
  • Review electrical and ELV designs, technical submissions and design changes.
  • Provide technical support on power distribution, emergency power, FMCS, security and communication systems.
  • Review power system studies, protection coordination and control system designs.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support equipment evaluation, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Resolve technical issues and support project decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations and standards.
  • Support testing, qualification and facility handover.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data centre or high-tech facilities.
  • Experience in design, construction, commissioning and project handover.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, power quality and protection systems.
  • Experience with FMCS, SCADA, fire alarm, security, communication or ELV systems.
  • Familiar with Singapore electrical regulations and utility requirements.
  • Experience with EPC projects and design management.
  • BIM knowledge (Revit / Navisworks) is an advantage.
  • PE (Electrical) registration or LEW certification is an advantage.
