We are hiring 6 Months Contract Patient Service Associate – Inpatient Wards to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients.

* Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay and charges.

* Perform discharging procedures for patients.

* Obtain follow-up appointments for inpatient patients.

* Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

* Minimum N Level / NITEC / Diploma.

* Able to commit to a 6-month contract starting December 2026.

* Able to work any 5 days per week.

* Must be able to work both shifts: 9am–6pm and 11am–8pm.
