Job Summary

As an Açaí Bar Crew member, you will support the day-to-day operations of our café, from preparing açaí bowls and ingredients to creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable in a fast-paced F&B environment. Team members who demonstrate strong initiative and leadership may have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare açaí bowls, beverages, toppings and other ingredients according to company standards
  • Provide friendly, attentive and engaging service to customers
  • Take orders and process payments accurately through the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and presentation standards throughout the outlet
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies and assist with basic inventory management
  • Roast granola and assist with other in-house food and ingredient preparation
  • Maintain equipment and workstations in good working condition
  • Work closely with the team to maintain an efficient and positive service environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior F&B or café experience is advantageous but not required
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only

Other Information

Working Hours:

  • 6-day work week
  • Shift-based schedule
  • Outlet operating hours: 11:00am to 9:30pm
  • Rest day typically on Monday or Tuesday, subject to operational requirements
