Job Summary

Manage full set accounting tasks independently for a private limited company, handling daily invoicing, cash management, accounts receivable follow-up, and year-end financial closing.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MYOB accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
  • Independently manage full set accounting for a private limited company with annual turnover below 1 million
  • Issue daily sales invoices to ensure timely revenue recording
  • Manage petty cash transactions to maintain accurate cash flow records
  • Follow up on accounts receivable to optimize cash collection and reduce outstanding debts
  • Perform year-end closing activities including bank and account reconciliation, preparing adjusting entries, resetting temporary accounts, and generating financial statements
