Account Executive Intern

As an Account Executive Intern at Remake, you will support the team in managing client relationships and coordinating branding and design projects.

Working closely with the Account Executive, Client Leads and internal creative teams, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication and the day-to-day running of creative projects.

Client & Account Support

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Support the team in understanding client needs, briefs and project requirements.
  • Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups and client updates.
  • Help ensure client requests and feedback are communicated clearly to the internal team.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating branding and design projects from briefing to execution.
  • Help prepare project briefs, timelines and status updates.
  • Coordinate with creative, design and production teams on project requirements and deadlines.
  • Track project progress, deliverables and feedback.
  • Flag potential issues or delays to the Account Executive or Client Lead.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist with preparing estimates, quotations and project documentation.
  • Support the team in tracking project costs, billing and purchase orders.
  • Keep project files, documentation and records organized.
  • Assist with general account and project administration.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account, Creative, Design and Production teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings, presentations and project reviews.
  • Support the team in keeping projects organized and moving forward.
  • Contribute ideas and observations to improve project outcomes and team workflows.
